Fryer Single 13 litres Gas Lincar
The LincarInox G1140 is a single-tank gas deep fryer on a closed cabinet, from the Serie 900-8 modular line. It is the half-module unit - 400 mm across the front on a 900 mm-deep body - so it lines up head-to-head with the ranges and griddles in the same suite.
The tank holds 13 litres and takes the standard 230 × 315 × 120 mm LincarInox basket, with half-baskets available for smaller batches. Gas category II2H3+ covers natural gas H and butane/propane, so it can run on either family with the correct injectors fitted.
Installation: LincarInox supplies its gas equipment set for natural gas with an LPG nozzle set in the box, so a Kenyan LPG installation needs the injectors changed and the burner re-regulated by a competent gas fitter. Read the burner rating from the unit's data plate when sizing the regulator and ventilation - LincarInox no longer publishes a datasheet for this model.
