A digital electric chafing dish with a 9-litre rectangular pan, holding cooked food at serving temperature on a buffet line or carvery without the flames and refuelling of a gel-burner unit.
Temperature is set from an intelligent touch-screen control panel, and the high-temperature resistant tempered glass lid lets staff and guests see the food without opening it. The lid runs on a hydraulic damper so it lifts and closes smoothly and quietly, and the stainless steel body wipes down between services.
