Oven Convection Turbo Electrical 10 Trays
The Skymsen Discovery 10 is a full-production electric turbo convection oven, built for bakeries that need volume without variance.
Ten 60 × 70 cm trays spaced 110 mm apart take roughly 300 to 360 fifty-gram rolls per cycle, and the high-output convection system drives heat evenly to every level so the bottom tray finishes with the top.
The cabinet is stainless steel with ceramic-fibre insulation to hold heat where it belongs, the control panel keeps operation to temperature, time and fan speed, and casters let the oven be rolled clear for cleaning.
