Salad Display 1500 Blueline

A 1500 mm refrigerated topping display for pizza benches and prep counters, holding five GN1/3 pans plus one GN1/2 at +2 to +8 °C under a tempered glass top. Static cooling keeps airflow off the food so garnishes and sliced toppings do not dry out across a long service.

Exterior and interior are both stainless steel, and the evaporator is a single continuous copper pipe with no welds inside the foam, which removes the most common leak point on units of this type. Defrost runs automatically off the compressor cycle and the thermostat is digital.
