Counter Freezer (Air Cooled Freezing) PLD-15N2F(HB)
The SV-Blueline PLD-15N2F(HB) is a counter freezer: frozen storage built into the work surface, so a portion can be drawn and used without a trip to the walk-in. The cabinet is 1500 mm long, 600 mm deep and 800 mm high, the standard height for a commercial bench run, so it lines up with the worktops either side rather than interrupting them.
It is an air-cooled freezing model, meaning a fan circulates cold air through the cabinet rather than relying on static cooling plates in the walls. Forced air pulls the temperature back down faster after the doors have been open through a service, and holds it more evenly end to end, which matters across a cabinet 1500 mm long where a static system tends to run colder at the plate end than at the far door.
