The Empero EMP.6LE010 is an electric water (steam) grill that cooks over a water-filled evaporation tray, so fat drips into the water instead of flaring up and the food stays moist - cleaner and more efficient than a dry grill for kebabs, meat and fast-food items.
The water tray also makes cleaning quick, catching grease that would otherwise bake onto the surfaces, and the heating elements lift out for washdown. A 1.2 mm top plate over a 1 mm stainless steel body stands up to daily commercial use.
