Semi Automatic Dividing & Rounding Machine
The H-Kitchen NFK-30I is a semi-automatic dough divider and rounder, the machine that sits between the mixer and the prover in a bread or bun line. It takes a bulk piece of dough, divides it into 30 equal pieces in one cycle and rounds each one.
Each piece comes out between 30 and 100 g, which is the range that covers dinner rolls, burger buns, small bread rolls and similar. Thirty pieces per cycle is the figure to plan production around: it is the batch size, and consistency of weight across those 30 is what the machine exists to deliver, since hand-scaling drifts as a shift wears on.
It draws 1.5 kW on a 400 V 50 Hz three-phase supply, so confirm three-phase is available at the intended position before ordering. At 485 kg this is floor-standing production equipment that needs a solid floor and a planned route in, not a bench machine.
