Cake Cabinet Square DG1200FZ
The SV-Blueline DG-1200FZ is a square-fronted pastry display holding 300 litres at 2-8 °C. Straight glass rather than curved is the practical choice for a counter run: the panes sit flush against the neighbouring cabinet, so a line of them reads as one continuous display instead of a row of separate domes.
The 1200 mm cabinet is the middle of the three FZ sizes, adding 50 litres over the 900. Cooling draws 430 W and holds 2 to 8 °C, the range for cream-filled and dairy-topped pastry rather than the 0 to 4 °C a raw-ingredient chiller runs. It runs on R290, a hydrocarbon refrigerant with a global warming potential of 3; the charge is sealed and small but flammable, so keep the ventilation clearance the installation sheet specifies.
300 litre capacity at 2 to 8 °C, 1200 × 650 × 1200 mm cabinet and 430 W cooling draw. Square straight glass, sits flush in a counter run. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, GWP of 3.
