The SV-Blueline DG-1500FZ is a square-fronted pastry display holding 350 litres at 2-8 °C. Straight glass rather than curved is the practical choice for a counter run: the panes sit flush against the neighbouring cabinet, so a line of them reads as one continuous display instead of a row of separate domes.
At 1500 mm it is the longest of the three FZ cabinets and holds the most. Cooling draws 450 W and holds 2 to 8 °C, the range for cream-filled and dairy-topped pastry rather than the 0 to 4 °C a raw-ingredient chiller runs. It runs on R290, a hydrocarbon refrigerant with a global warming potential of 3; the charge is sealed and small but flammable, so keep the ventilation clearance the installation sheet specifies.
