This is a 20 foot containerized cold room, supplied complete with 80 mm insulated panels, epoxy floor, condensing unit, evaporator, control panel and insulated door. It holds 32.7 cubic metres.
Walls and roof are 80 mm polyurethane foam panels clad in pre-painted galvanised iron, over a scratch-resistant epoxy floor that is seamless and easy to clean. A microprocessor control panel handles temperature, automatic defrost, phase failure and over-current protection. Sheffield installs, tests and commissions the room, trains the staff who will use it and hands over an FMC plan.
